  • What is the minimum for orders?
    Soap Opera Jewelry has NO minimum order requirements.

  • How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped out?
    Generally, all of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. However, during the busy holiday season, it may take longer. Please submit your order early so that we can process your order in a timely manner.

  • How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
    Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received and is being processed. For further convenience, once your order has shipped, we will contact you by email as well.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Typically, orders take from 3-5 business days to domestic destinations. We ship via the US Postal Service and provide Delivery Confirmation free of charge on every domestic order. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail International and can range from 7 to 21 business days for delivery.

  • What are your shipping options?
    We have 3 shipping options: First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail.

  • What are your shipping charges?
    Shipping charges range from $4.00 to $25.00 depending on the amount of products ordered, the destination location and the shipping service selected during checkout. Please remember that handbags do weigh more than jewelry and shipping charges will be set based on total weight of your order.

  • My shipping address is different than the billing address. Can I specify a different shipping address?
    Yes, you may enter an alternate shipping address you wish to send your order to by entering it on the checkout page. However, please note that the billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for payment. This is for your protection against fraudulent orders. Once we have verified your account and address, we will ship to another address.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! All of our international orders are shipped via US Priority Mail International and include insurance and tracking automatically. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, please contact our office at (208) 442-0850.

    What if I want next day shipping?
    If you need your order shipped via Next Day, please select Express Mail during checkout. Your order will be sent out on the next available business day and depending upon the US Postal Service Express Mail commitment schedule will be received by you the next day or 2nd business day at USPS discretion. Unfortunately, we have NO control over USPS delivery schedules.

    How will I know my order has been shipped? How can I track my order?
    You will receive a shipment email notification when your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. This notification will contain the tracking number associated with your package. You can check the tracking status of your shipment at USPS.com or FedEx.com depending on the shipment method used by us.

  • What types of payments do you accept?
    We accept 3 payment options: Credit Card, PayPal and Money Orders/Cashiers Checks. If you wish to pay via Money Order/Cashiers Check, simply select the "Mail or Phone-In Payment" option during checkout. Print your invoice/order and mail the money order to our address: Soap Opera Jewelry, 435 W Bayhill Drive, Nampa, ID 83686. Please be sure to include the order number reference on your payment.

  • What types of credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. PayPal offers the option to pay with additional credit card types as well and you do not need a Paypal account to use this payment option.
  • Can I mail payment for my order?
    Yes you can! If you wish to mail your payment, use the "Mail or Phone-in Payment" Option during checkout. Print a copy of your order and include it with payment (either money order or cashier's checks only) to: Soap Opera Jewelry, 435 W Bayhill Drive, Nampa, Idaho 83686. If you do not include a copy of your order, be sure your payment references your order number. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll match it to your order and ship as soon as possible.

Returns/Exchanges
 
  • What is your Return Policy?
    We will gladly accept any returns of product within 30 days if you unhappy as long as the product is in its original condition (never worn) and returned to us at your expense (we do not offer refunds on shipping either direction). Simply send us an email at esales@soapoperajewelry.com with your original order number and the item(s) you are returning and we'll reply as soon as possible with Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  • How long do I have in order to return something?
    You can request return authorization for up to 30 days from the date of order. Returns made after the 30-day timeframe will be granted on a per-case basis only and, if granted, store credit will be provided in return.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    The buyer (you) are responsible for all costs for return shipping. It is our strongest recommendation that you return any items via 1st Class Mail through the US Postal Service and include Delivery Confirmation for your own tracking reference.

  • How do I exchange something for a different size?
    If what you are returning is a different price than what you wish to exchange for, simply include a check for the difference in the price of the item(s) (if more expensive) or a note only for exchange item(s) (if less expensive).

  • Is there a charge for exchange shipping?
    We will provide you with one exchange sent to you at no additional charge. Any subsequent exchanges must include payment of $2.95 for each outbound shipment we generate on your behalf.

  • How long will it take to process my exchange?
    We attempt to process all incoming returns/exchanges within 24 hours of receipt (weekends and holidays excluded). We will re-ship your exchange item as quickly as possible. Normally within 48 hours.

  • How long will it take to process my refund?
    We attempt to process all incoming returns within 24 hours of receipt (weekends and holidays excluded). Your refund will then be processed within 24-48 hours after receipt. Paypal refunds should be reflected immediately in your account. Credit cards each process refunds differently. Some are reflected on your statement within 72 hours. Others, however, can take up to 10 business days to be reflected. Please check with your credit card company to verify receipt of the refund.
  • Will I receive a cash refund for my returned order?
    No, Soap Opera Jewelry does not offer cash refunds on any orders. If your order is accepted and received for a return, Soap Opera Jewelry will gladly offer an exchange or credit card/Paypal refund.

You can see your running total (coupons and all) on the right side of your screen at all times.

  • Can I use multiple coupons on one order? Can I use coupons on sale items?
    Some of our coupon codes can be combined and ALL of our coupons are valid for sale/discounted items. So, try it and see what happens. We want you to have the best deals possible! If the coupons you are entering are not able to be combined, you'll see a PINK error box at the center of your screen (right above the coupon code box).

  • Can I add something to my order once it has been confirmed?
    Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders manually once they have been confirmed by you online. We would have to cancel your order and have you submit a new one. Or simply create a 2nd order for the missing item.

  • Why has my account been charged more than once?
    Our credit card processing system will "pre-authorize" each and every order we receive to validate security details and protect the integrity of the order. If you see a 2nd charge on your account, rest assured, one of the charges was the pre-authorization only and it will automatically reverse itself or drop off.

  • Why are your rings only available in whole sizes but not half?
    The manufacturers we generate products from are only able to create quality fashion jewelry in whole sizes. Our rings sizes vary from Size 4 through Size 12 depending on the ring design. We do offer Ring Snuggies to assist with those special circumstances where sizing isn't quite right for you.

  • Do you have a ring sizer? How do I know what size ring to purchase?
    We have a printable ring sizer available. Click here to be directed to that page. Print and cut out the ring sizer. Wrap it around your finger and line up the numbers with the letter "A". This will be the approximate size you need.

  • Do you have a catalog?
    As you know, daytime fashions change quite quickly and so do our products! Therefore, we do not have printed catalogs available at this time.

  • Do you sell Soap Opera Clothing and/or Home Decor?
    We are strictly daytime & primetime jewelry and handbags at this time. That does not mean we won't carry additional items in the future!

    Our research and product development teams make every effort to match the designs you see on TV with those in our inventory

    When used in jewelry, silver is usually in the form of sterling silver. Sterling silver jewelry, by definition, is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper alloy.

  • What does nickel-free mean?
    Many times nickel, another hard metal known also as Ni, is placed between the coating and the silver because it facilitates the adherence and luster of the plating to the metal. When used in silver jewelry, this can cause irritation to those who are sensitive to nickel or have nickel allergies. For that reason, there is nickel-free jewelry available.

  • What is Platinum/Rhodium?
    Rhodium is a hard, durable, silvery-white metallic element that is used to form high-temperature alloys with platinum and is plated on other metals to produce a durable corrosion-resistant coating. Sterling silver jewelry that is plated with platinum/rhodium is resistant to scratching, abrasion and corrosion. Sterling silver jewelry has a tendency to form tarnish rather quickly if exposed to harsh contaminants, such as sulfur and many others that are found all around us. Also, contact with skin oils and/or perfumes may discolor the silver, which requires frequent cleaning and polishing. Since platinum/rhodium plating is highly acid and chemical resistant, it will withstand contact. Consequently, sterling silver is an ideal candidate for platinum/rhodium plating. In addition, platinum/rhodium is also frequently used to give silver jewelry a beautiful white-gold finish. Now nothing is able to keep your fashion jewelry from fading over time, however, you can do your part by keeping the jewelry away from elements that may break down the finish (i.e. keep the jewelry away from water, soaps, lotions or other chemicals which may break down the plating over time).
